About the Caillouet Foundation
The Caillouet Foundation Inc. is a Wyoming-based non-profit organization dedicated to advancing construction trade education and workforce development throughout the United States. We partner with a NCCER Accredited Training Sponsors (ATS) and their affiliated Certification Training Sites to deliver high-quality, standardized training that leads to nationally recognized NCCER certifications.
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Caillouet Foundation is to advance construction trade education and workforce development across the United States by empowering NCCER-certified training programs and the NCCER ATS that sponsor these programs, supporting skilled trade pathways in educational systems, and building a robust pipeline of qualified craft professionals to meet the demands of the construction industry while strengthening economic growth in the trades sector.
Our Function
The Caillouet Foundation functions as a dedicated financial and resource supporter of a NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor (ATS) and their affiliated Certification Training Sites. We provide scholarships and stipends for trade students; supply educational materials, equipment, and support for NCCER Craft Instructors; enable the delivery of standardized NCCER certification curriculum through qualified, industry-backed facilities; accept and direct donations toward trade-focused economic development initiatives; and foster partnerships among construction companies, educational institutions, and pathway programs to ensure accessible, high-quality training that leads to national certification and long-term career success in the trades.
