Examples, Trades that are available thru Individual Plan of Study
Industry cannot complain about available worker needed to support their chosen field of specialty. Everything is in place to produce the workers needed. The only element needed is industries willingness to support the workers coming up thru our educational system. No whining, no complaining, no blaming the rest of the world about not having trained labor to support the Construction Trade. Just work the system in that is in place and the labor force will be funneled into your companies. Just step up and support the training. If not, then tell me your better plan that we can talk about the next 30 years and still do noting but wait for someone else to fix it. This is scalable and effective, labor can be predicted starting in the 7th grade and followed as it progresses thru our education system. Counselors can be supported with tools to give the trades equal footing with College bond studies. Just work the system. I would submit we do not have the time, money, or energy to debate or change the system. The plan will show you step-by-step how to make it work. The plan will require you to engage now with your future employee’s. If you do not engage, the shortages of labor will persist and the bidding war over the limited labor will be 10x more expensive than the investment of your time and effort in your local schools to develop skilled laborers ready and eager to work in your companies.
